Aegis’ NPI & MES System Selected by Cirtronics With xTend Integration
PHILADELPHIA, PA - Aegis Industrial Software Corporation (Aegis), the leader in Manufacturing Information Management Systems has been selected by Cirtronics Corporation (Cirtronics) to provide NPI and MES solutions to assist product launch and coordinate information flow on their factory floor. The adoption also marks Cirtronics as one of the first electronics contract manufacturers to become integrated via the Aegis xTend Framework. The xTend Framework elegantly fuses Aegis’ MES system with its clients’ ERP/MRP and other supply chain systems eliminating information gaps and reducing redundant operations of data entry.
Cirtronics, a leading contractor based in Milford, NH, had created sophisticated internal information solutions for their own use over the years and required an NPI/MES solution that would seamlessly integrate with them. This strategic deployment uses the Aegis xTend framework, adapted by Aegis engineering services, to synchronize the product and process intelligence of Aegis with the business systems of Cirtronics. This integration enables Cirtronics to more fully leverage the value of all systems within their enterprise, minimize transaction overhead and increase product launch velocity.
